Phone System Changes at Amigos Dive Center
April 8, 2026Upcoming Changes for the Rental Properties
April 8, 2026We’ve got an upcoming project at the fill station that I wanted to give everyone a heads up about. If you’ve been filling with us for any amount of time, you know the fill station is the heart of what we do here at Amigos. Nitrox, trimix, oxygen, custom blends — we do it all, and we do it 24 hours a day with our self-service setup.
That’s not changing. But we are making improvements.
What’s the Project?
We’re working on upgrades to the fill station to improve reliability, efficiency, and the overall experience for divers using the facility. I’ll share more details as things progress, but the goal is to make what’s already a great fill station even better.
For those of you who remember the Haskel incident — yes, safety improvements are part of this too. We’re always looking at how to make the operation safer and more efficient.
Will There Be Any Downtime?
We’ll do our best to minimize any disruption to fills. If there are going to be any periods where fills are temporarily unavailable, we’ll give plenty of advance notice so you can plan accordingly. That said, most of the work should be able to happen without shutting anything down.
Stay tuned for more updates on this project. We’re excited about what’s coming. Questions or thoughts? Drop them in the comments below.

What This Means for Cave Country Fill Station Users
For most divers, the Cave Country fill station upgrade will be invisible day-to-day. Air, nitrox, trimix, and oxygen fills will continue 24/7 with our self-service setup. During the brief project window we will post advance notice here and on the Fills page so you can plan accordingly.
