Equipment Service & Repair
Properly serviced gear is a safety issue, not just a maintenance task. Amigos Dive Center offers full-service equipment service and repair to keep your kit in dive-ready condition.
Services Offered
- Regulator Overhaul — Annual service with OEM parts. First stage, second stage, and alternate air source. Bench-tested to manufacturer spec before pickup.
- BC Bladder & Inflator Service — Bladder inspection, inflator cleaning, and bladder replacement as needed.
- O₂ Cleaning — Cylinder, valve, and regulator O₂ cleaning for high-percentage mixes. Certified clean tag included.
- Visual Inspections (VIP) — Required annually for any cylinder receiving a fill. Full internal inspection with VIP sticker.
- Hydrostatic Testing — Required every five years per DOT. We coordinate hydro testing; drop off and pick up at the shop.
- Wetsuit Repair — Seam and zipper repair. Neoprene patching for tears and worn areas.
- General Repairs — Fin strap replacement, mask strap, computer battery, and other small fixes. Ask at the counter.
