This one is specifically for the instructors. With the move to the new online system, you’ll need to register as an instructor on the website to access the Instructor Fills and Commission systems.

This is a one-time thing. Once you’re registered, you’re in.

How to Register

Head over to the Dive Instructor Sign Up Form on the website. Fill it out, agree to the terms of service, and submit. Once we verify your information, you’ll have access to the instructor-specific features including the Instructor Fill Station and the commission tracking system.

Why Do I Need to Register?

Without scuba instructor registration, the system has no way to credit your fills correctly or track commissions on student gear and gas sales. Once you register, your instructor status is linked to your account permanently, and the Fills system recognizes you automatically every time you log in.

The new system separates instructor accounts from regular diver accounts. This gives you access to features that are only available to registered instructors — things like logging instructor fills, tracking commissions, and managing your schedule through the booking system. It also keeps things organized on our end so we can make sure everyone gets paid correctly.

What If I Already Have an Account?

You still need to complete the instructor registration. Having a regular account on the site is not the same as being registered as an instructor. The signup form is quick and you only have to do it once.
