I’ll be honest — the Fill Manager has been a headache. For three years we’ve dealt with limitations, bugs, and workarounds that just kept piling up. I finally reached the point where it made more sense to start over than to keep patching something that wasn’t built for what we need.

So I built something new. From scratch. Custom-built by me, specifically for how we operate here at Amigos Dive Center.

What’s the New System?

This Fill Manager replacement handles everything the old app did and more — gas fills, account balances, payment, instructor commissions, and reporting. Everything is on the website now, so any device with a browser works. No more downloads, no more sync errors, no more workarounds.

Everything is moving to the website. The new online shopping portal handles fills, equipment purchases, account management — all of it. No more separate app. You log in to AmigosDiveCenter.com and everything is right there.

I’ve already migrated all existing customer accounts over — your account is already there. You do not need to register a new account.

How to Access Your Account

1. Go to the My Account page.
2. Click “Lost your password?” below the login form.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Fill Manager account.
4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow it to set your new password.
5. Log in — your account history and tank balance are already there.

Didn’t receive the reset email? Check your spam folder. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll get you set up.

Logging Fills on Your Phone

This was one of the most-requested features, and it’s ready. The new portal works on your phone — just open it in your mobile browser, log in, and enter your fills. No app to install, no special software. It just works.

What Happened to My Account?

Already migrated. Log in at AmigosDiveCenter.com with your existing credentials. If you run into any issues, just reach out and we’ll get you sorted.
